Booking & Cancellation
All services require a valid credit card on file to secure the appointment. A deposit may be required for large services (Boats, RVs, Platinum packages).
- **Cancellation Policy:** We require at least **24 hours notice** for any cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service price.
- **Inclement Weather:** For outdoor mobile services, in case of rain or extreme weather, we will contact you to reschedule at no charge.
Pricing & Surcharges
Prices listed on the Services page are **starting prices** and are subject to final inspection upon arrival.
- **Excessive Soiling:** Vehicles with excessive pet hair, mud, biohazards, or heavy debris will incur a surcharge, typically $40 - $100, which will be communicated before work begins.
- **Vehicle Size:** Large trucks, vans, and 3rd-row SUVs are subject to a size surcharge due to increased time and materials.
Privacy Policy Summary
We respect your privacy. We only collect necessary personal information (name, phone, email, location) for booking and service delivery. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your payment information is securely processed and not stored on our servers.
